What is Ki/Qi(氣)

What we perceive as empty space around us is not a void. Modern science has proved that space is full of something, that something can be called Ki, Qi, or Reiki. Until now, there has been no distinction between these different forms of energy, and is referred to under the umbrella term “Qi”. Recent studies have shown that there are up to 600 different forms and frequencies of energy present in the world around us. Through Jungdohon Meditation, you can access an energy frequency that far surpasses the general level of Qi used by practitioners. Qi is not subject to the limitations of time or place and can assist in attaining a higher level of practice in a safe and secure fashion.

How does Qigong Meditation Work in Jungdohon?

Essentially in Jungdohon, the practice of balancing the body, mind, and spirit is referred to as Qigong. This is achieved through cultivating your body into meditation and aligning the breathing and meditation with the body to foster the energy center (丹田, Dantien) in our body.

In Qigong Meditation, the fundamental meridian pathway – Sushumna (from the crown chakra to the base of the spinal column) is leveraged to cultivate the energy center.

The lethargic and inactive meridians can be unblocked by circulating strong electromagnetic energy throughout the body by strengthening the spine line.

To help you develop a clear visualization of your goals and the path to achieving those goals, the body and the mind tap into the fuel of cosmic energy which propels this process. Thus, your thoughts are translated into reality with the use of cosmic energy that attains a specific frequency aligned to your life journey.

In all, you are enabled to build a bigger and more powerful engine with a thicker cable that can conduct a higher voltage of electricity to turn your thoughts into reality.

The Benefits of Qigong Meditation vs Regular Meditations

The bio-electricity (氣, Qi), runs throughout our body and this same energy is also existent in space. On our birth, we carry inherently a battery of certain capacity in our earthly bodies that has a definite quantity of qi to last a lifetime. Thus, the quality of our health and life expectancy is determined by the power of this battery.

Alternatively, through increasing the power of the energy center, our minds and bodies can not only augment but also harness the unlimited space energy. This furthermore can be leveraged for spiritual advancement (wisdom), through developing a clear and focused mind.

For many years, the ways of practicing qigong have evolved and taken various forms. And, Neigong (內功, Internal Power) practice is Maggie's specialty. It entails, modulating breathing and meditation by largely sitting down and circulating qi internally. Thus, Maggie calls forth the energy of your body to help you go deeper into a meditative state with this Neigong power. Thus, the body and mind through the deep meditative state are posited in an optimal state to effortlessly handle any tasks. Thus, a higher level of consciousness (super consciousness) is attained with consistent practice of being in a deep meditative state.

Why Practice with Maggie

Several international standard athletes have been known to not avail of the services of a coach or trainer. And, as such, despite their innate talent, the absence of expert services prevents them from reaching their full potential.

This can be considered analogous to meditation practice. The presence, guidance, and assistance of a coach with a high vibrational frequency, will help you advance your practice and resultantly, achieve your goals faster.

On several occasions, the harmful fallouts of practicing a one-type-fits-all meditation method, thus affect many practitioners. Just as each unique snowflake, we are designed with a specific physical and mental ability mold. Therefore, an individually tailored program of meditation can help augment your individual efficiency in achieving your goals through stabilizing a bespoke pattern of breathing and movement. And propels you to a satisfying level of spiritual growth.

Meeting Maggie this summer seemed to be a destined re-encounter to me after twenty-some years of lethargic contacts as an old friend. I was utterly lost feeling like facing a dead end in my life until I found her.
I assume my life needed to be redirected by shifting the steering wheel of my life and career. It was just right in time for me to come across such a brilliant, charming, and wide-open minded person. Maggie brought beaming rays into my foggy soul, which guided me to view things from different perspectives, including life and work. Her insightfulness helped me begin to recognize the value and significance of the opportunity that I engage with others, which can be a means of influence on their life.
Maggie is undoubtedly a great inspiration helping me set a journey toward a new chapter of my life by shuffling my thoughts that have been easily distracted with too much contemplation in the course of the daily routine. I would call Maggie an old friend, a life consultant, a spiritual leader, a mentor, and Shi Fu.
It was such a privilege for me to spend some quality time with her this summer, sitting at a table for meals or a cup of tea, cracking jokes and laughing hard until cry, as well as taking her classes. I truly enjoyed every session of her meditation classes, especially “Hike the peak sunrise” before the dawn on Wed and the Homi-talk on Friday evening. I’ve never met such a flexible-minded Tao-practitioner, Nae-gong master, spiritual guide, or whoever you want to call her.
What a relief it is for me to know that I got reliable guidance to refer to whenever I feel needs some directions in this chaotic matrix of the world!
